We stayed in the “Fabulous Suite” and it really was quite “Fabulous”!! My family and I would definitely recommend it 10/10. Not only did it have great big windows that wrap around allowing us to have the prettiest view everything was automatic with a push of a button you could open/close the shear curtains or there was a blackout setting. Our valet guy Josh was so welcoming and helpful as can be!! Give that man a raise!!

Antron the G
Antron was so kind and had a fun personality!! He searched HIGH AND LOW for my daughter’s phone! Since he was unable to locate it he brought up my car to the front so that I could look myself- which I also didn’t find! It was the gesture that made it all okay! ! He didn’t seem annoyed, and laughed alongside with me with what could have been a stressful situation!

Mars is awesome!
We came to Nashville to support a friend after his mom passed, and Mars (like the planet) at the W Hotel truly made a hard trip feel lighter. His kindness, attention, and above-and-beyond service brought comfort during a tough time. He’s a rare gem—someone who turns hospitality into healing.

First impression
Great first impression! Thank you, Mars, for your assistance. Also, roof bar for people watching at night and coffee shop to start the next day are top notch! My wife and I wanted to stay somewhere close to child living in the city. This is certainly a place we would stay, even if she did not live in Nashville! Ha! Thank you, W, for the contributing to the great experience we had on our trip to Nashville to visit family.

The W
Very nice hotel. Gave 4 star and not 5 because the tv was out for a day, but Netflix and Pluto was available. Went for SEC BB tournament and was able to walk to arena. Was amazed that they had complimentary soft drinks but would have liked if there was a coffee station.
