Good experience

I had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel Berlin Humboldthain Park for two days and, overall, my experience was very positive. The hotel is very close to the Gesundbrunnen metro station (just a 5-minute walk away).mThe neighborhood also offers many food options and cafes, which is a big attraction.
The room was large and very clean, with excellent natural lighting that made the atmosphere cozy. The mattress and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom, although compact, met all needs, with everything essential. One of the highlights of my stay was the reception staff, who were very kind and helpful. I was happy to discover that one of the staff spoke Portuguese, which made communication easier.
The breakfast, although tasty, left a little to be desired in terms of variety. Options were limited and quantities served were small. Furthermore, there was only one person responsible for serving guests, which created some chaos, especially on my last day, when the coffee machine broke. This caused a real rush, as the only employee had to make coffee for all the guests at the same time.
However, despite these small setbacks, I recommend the hotel for the quality of the room and the service of the staff. If they can improve the breakfast logistics, the experience will be even better!

My family checked into a room on December 28, and I arrived later that night. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find it freezing cold, with a non-functional heating system.
What troubled me most was discovering that this was a known issue. A small portable heater had been placed in the room, clearly intended as a stopgap measure, but it was insufficient to warm the space. It was disappointing to realize that your staff knowingly assigned us a room with a defective heating system without informing us of the problem beforehand. This lack of transparency and disregard for our comfort left me deeply disheartened.
As a guest, I expect a certain standard of professionalism and honesty from a reputable hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. The unprofessional handling of this situation, coupled with the discomfort my family and I endured, has left a lasting negative impression.

the worst experience of my life

Hello! My experience with this hotel started badly. On booking I didn't see it written that I had to pay a guarantee, if it had been written maybe I wouldn't have come to this hotel. Secondly, I intentionally left a mark on the towel to see if it had been changed, I left them on the floor and of course they were just wrapped, not even changed:) I could say that the cleanliness deserves a -10, they don't vacuum, they don't dust, nothing. The room is a total disaster in terms of cleanliness. The duvet was indeed changed, with a dirty one that smelled: (And only now does the biggest problem begin: on New Year's Eve, on the 31st, we had the water turned off for 2 hours, which made us miss our restaurant reservation and catch the fireworks from Uber, which is totally disappointing. A 4-star hotel in Berlin would leave you in this situation on New Year's Eve? I think it's a huge lack of respect. I went and spoke to the hotel manager, who offered us a discount or a refund for one night, but she probably thought about it and after a few hours told us that she wouldn't give us anything anymore:) We paid a fairly large amount for this hotel and the conclusion is that it doesn't deserve its 4 stars, barely 2 if I had given it.

lack of professionalism and discrimination

I came to Berlin for New Year's Eve with enthusiasm and couldn't wait to enjoy this trip. Despite the fact that I was accommodated in a famous 4-star hotel, when I encountered problems, I was treated in a disappointing way. I was ignored, discriminated against due to my young age, and my New Year's Eve plans were ruined. The management promised me a compensatory discount, and then I was ignored. It is unacceptable that in a hotel of this type, and especially today, I would be ridiculed and treated with indifference. The lack of professionalism of the management caused me several problems. In addition to the superficial cleanliness, at check-in the amount allocated for accommodation was deducted from my card twice. For 2 days while the return trip took, I was left without money. Then I was left without water in the bathroom. But I was told that it was not "their problem" as if I should have simply accepted it. A disappointing experience!

The worst experience

I stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve and it was a big disappointment. The reservation was made through booking, but there was nothing mentioned about the required deposit. The hotel withdrew the payment for the vacation twice without notifying us, thus blocking all our money. When we discussed this issue with the manager we were promised a discount, but it was all a lie.
