As always in nh hotels very good
Friendliness throughout the hotel excellent. The mattresses are excellent !

Not a great experience and not up to NH standards
The hotel was probably built some time ago and you can see that. The rooms (at least the one I stayed in) are completely outdated, the lobby is not that welcoming but maybe in the summer, it is a nice hotel by the river.
I was tempted to give this hotel at least a 3-star for two reasons:
1. the hotel staff are very friendly
2. the breakfast was actually very good with a wide variety and fresh food
However, these two factors alone are very welcome but not sufficient to give it a better score. Don't get me wrong since the sleep quality was good and everything went as expected so you will not be totally disappointed with your stay here especially if you have some time to stroll around to see some of the scenery which I did not have a chance to do.
Would I stay here again? Not if I have a choice but allow me to send out congrats to the staff and the breakfast crew.

A pleasant Hotel with great staff
The rooms are a bit tired and could do with modernising, but the heating was vey good and the bed was comfortable. I had a shower over the bathe which was adequate.
It’s a good Base for the Rhine And the town is pretty. T The train station is close by and can be walked in five minutes.

Absolutely dirty and mouldy !!! A cheek!!
Find it a pity that the NH Hotel is an absolute disaster at this location!!
