Get out of the bubble->get into the adventure:-)
Arriving late in the evening on Friday, we felt right at home when we were welcomed at the reception in a friendly and open-minded manner.
We even received dinner at 8.30pm and it was even replenished at the buffet. ABER...
...the quality of the food in the evening definitely did not convince us. Since we are used in Austria, e.g. Zillertal, Kaprun, Stubaital etc. quite different, and that is typical food. We found that a great pity and does not exactly provide a feel-good atmosphere on holiday. As an example: The roast pork consisted almost only of a single thick layer of fat; the vegetables dry, Pampe made of vegetable polenta etc.. The 2. Evening was better, there were hamburgers for self-occupation, even if not exactly typical of the country;-).
The breakfast, on the other hand, we found quite good, e.g. the selection of different cereals. We would have liked to try the sausages, but were not really fried through and the Bircher muesli in glasses soaked in an aqueous liquid!
The room had everything you need for a pleasant holiday, but the toilet smelled strongly of urine stone - a clear no-go.
In the sauna area, there is also a no-go in the relaxation room on the wall above the ceiling, on both sides, mold.
In the Finnish sauna there are very slippery tiles after entering through the door. So it happened to me that I slipped and sprained my right ankle or overstretched the ligaments, although I slowly descended from the benches. And I wasn't the only one. This is not possible at all!!!
We go for a lot of saunas, but I've never experienced that before.
We especially want to enjoy the time in the mountains, but this also includes a reasonably reasonable accommodation where the food etc. fits. We're not expecting a 4* or anything here, but we just couldn't. We have been to many 3* hotels, family run, but it was just right there. In addition, I find the price for a night/per person at 120 Eur with HP and sauna not exactly cheap - I just expect more. As a comparison, we stayed in Flims-Laax in a 3* hotel that was room-wise equivalent but hygienically correct. The food was great - various theme nights that were offered and also the 2-day ski pass for Laax was included. For this we paid 130 Eur for one night/per person with HP, sauna and 2-day ski pass. A very good price-performance ratio is definitely possible.
Great we find what is offered for the kids. This is really great!
We are definitely not one of those people who whine at a "high level", but this goes a lot better, just as we have the experience in the other 3*hotels in Austria.
Too bad, but we definitely won't be coming back.

Unser Küchenteam arbeitet täglich mit viel Fleiß daran, frische und abwechslungsreiche Gerichte zuzubereiten, und wir sind bestrebt, unser Angebot zu verbessern und dabei die lokale Küche zu berücksichtigen.
Wir bedauern, dass du in unserem Saunabereich eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht hast. Dein Komfort und deine Sicherheit haben für uns oberste Priorität, und wir werden uns um die von dir angesprochenen Probleme kümmern.
Wir freuen uns über deine positiven Kommentare zu unserem Angebot für Kinder. Wir sind bestrebt, für alle unsere Gäste eine einladende und angenehme Umgebung zu schaffen, und wir freuen uns, dass deine Kinder eine gute Zeit hatten.
