Excellent value for money and super welcome.

Second stay at the Hotel in six months. The hotel is located in the center of La Louvière, shops, taverns and bars and is easy to reach by train, car, bus. Nearby sites and castles of the region. Free parking is available near the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, desk, TV, sockets, wardrobe, fridge bar. The whole thing is clean. Bathroom shower with pouches soap shampoo cups and hair dryer! The very comfortable bed is clean (and quiet). The hotel is very quiet and no street noise (room side street). I would like to thank the attentive, attentive and cooperative staff. The contact by email or such was exemplary. Thank you again and for my next stay in the area I would not hesitate a second to book at the hotel La Louve. No breakfast is available on site, but taverns in the surrounding area serve breakfast.

Alright . Good welcome and given the comfort and size of the suite is worth a 4 star

We took the suite-apartment which is almost 50m2. There is a very large, very comfortable bed, a sofa, a desk, a kitchen and a bathroom. The welcome was perfect. They checked in early because we were early. The price is very reasonable . The hotel is located in the center but we did not have any noise. Really good place to stay in La Louvière.

A little disappointed

Small nice hotel, but contrary to what is announced on their site, no breakfast in the room or anything else: reason that was told to us at reception, we are in the city center. This is not a reason, in other words deal with it. In addition there was a noise in the room which disturbed us all night, we couldn't sleep.

Good welcome, clean and comfortable

Good bedding, room large enough and well equipped. Pleasant air conditioning. Friendly receptionist, parking 50 mts for 3 euros per night.
Location in the city center with many bars and restaurants nearby.

Costumer Service is number one

From the time we walked off the train until the day we left they kept doing stuff for us. Picked us up on the platform. My daughter looked at me and said which way do we go? I looked around and there was William with a sign and our name on it! So nice. He lead us through the Airport took our bags and drove us to the front door....the hotel staff took it from there! Is there anything else I can do is how they ended every conversation. We had plenty for them to do. Louve tickets, boarding passes, dinner and show recommendations....you name it. Perfect.
