Experience below expectation in Ribeirão Preto
Another negative point was the attention. Only one employee is responsible for the bar and the reception, which causes a long delay to meet the needs of the guests. In addition, the hotel does not offer food options, just a few ready-made salads, which is quite limited.
On the other hand, the location is good, close to shopping, which makes it easy to access restaurants and shops.

Bad hosting
My reservation, made in advance, was for an Ibis category room and with expectations of a quality standard that I have always found in Ibis hotels. However, upon checking in, I was surprised to be allocated a room that was far from what I had booked. Not only was the room of inferior quality, but it also did not correspond in any way to the category I paid for.
Faced with this situation, I contacted reception immediately to express my dissatisfaction and request a room change to something closer to my original reservation. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue effectively and professionally, my complaint appeared to be ignored or not treated with due seriousness.
The situation worsened when I was moved to another room following my complaint, only to discover that this second room was in a completely unacceptable condition of cleaning and maintenance. The room was dirty, with broken items, and did not provide the appropriate environment for a comfortable and safe stay.
This frustrating experience had a significant impact on my trip and my appreciation for the Íbis brand. As a loyal customer, I expected high quality service, which is the hallmark of the Íbis chain. Unfortunately, this experience does not match the reputation that the Íbis chain has achieved over the years.
I firmly believe in Hotel Íbis' ability to offer a quality service, and I hope that this complaint results in appropriate corrective measures. I eagerly await your response and actions to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
