Great cost benefit

Very good hotel
Excellent location near Paulista Avenue and freedom well in the central region of São Paulo
busy hotel street exuper busy night
the room is pretty small but very functional good shower bed comfortable and the sheets and blankets were very clean

Hotel above expectations

Looking for cost benefit hotel in São Paulo, Bella Augusta Hotel is an excellent choice. Recently reformed with excellent results. Rooms with all the basics. Bathroom units are very adequate. The shower unit is spacious. The piping comes from a boiler giving a well earned hot shower. Location perfect for downtown or avenida Paulista easy walking distance. Garage for car no charge. The breakfast room and what it has to offer is excellent to prepare the energy needed for a busy day in the Brazilian capital. The staff are very friendly. The spoken english by the staff is very basic.

Great value for money

Good cost-benefit. Hotel was recently renovated. Clean, attentive staff, garage included in the daily rate. I also recommend it for its excellent location in the center of Rua Agusta, close to the Consolação and Av. Paulista metro stations.

Not that bad for the money

Old building with nice room space, TV, bathtub, safe, fridge and a comfy bed. Little bit dirty though. Nice breakfast, slow internet but works inside the room. Walking distance from Av Paulista and the subway.

Good enough, a bit overpriced

The building is very old, and so are the rooms, showers and air conditioners.
The rooms are clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast was simple: coffee, milk, cereal, bread, cheese, ham and some fruits.
If you're arriving by car, parking cost is included and a valet will park it for you. The parking lot is inside the building.
For the service we got, it should have been cheaper. But the location is great, this is one of the busiest and most important streets in the city.
Liked best: Cheap, great sleep.
Liked least: No desk in the room.
