Splendid hotel with exceptional views

The hotel Catalina en enseada is really extraordinary. The ocean view of its rooms is mesmerizing. The small details, the pool and jacuzzi invite you to relax for a while after having enjoyed the beach. The food in the restaurant is exquisite.
The only point to improve to make it exceptional is the beach service. One more person assisting the man who goes up and down would be an idea to provide a good service, also maintaining the friendliness of all the other staff on the beach. Special mention to Laura reception which was always very friendly and friendly. We want to come back!

A corner of paradise in Ubatuba

The best choice we could make for an unforgettable stopover, on our trip to Brazil from Italy.
A truly wonderful experience.
The quality of the service, the breathtaking view, the attention to detail, the attention and friendliness combined with the professionalism and smile of each person present in the structure have really left an indelible mark on our memory. Very good indeed! Keep it up! The stay exceeded our expectations. The suite with whirlpool, the welcome and hospitality were the perfect setting for a relaxation that really left us speechless.

Catalina hotel Ubatuba the best choice

Wonderful in all respects, much more beautiful personally! Good cuisine, excellent breakfast and staff always solicitory to everything.
Super clean and preserved apartment.
Indicate for those looking for a stay in Ubatuba. Bay beach very good and quiet.

He left to desire

Relatively new hotel. Beautiful view and the beach of Enseada is of familiar astral and clean water. Excellent and pleasant regardless of the purpose of the trip. We stayed 4 days at Catalina. Very polite and friendly staff but some details to be improved: internet leaves to be desired. We had problems every day and the TV is with internet access so we had a lot of difficulty whenever we tried to see something. Room cleaning staff excellent. Nothing to say but congratulations. The hotel restaurant we think has left much to be desired. It has quantity but not much quality. We got twice dirty cutters... well dirty to the table. Use of excess salt and the parmigiana came roasted with fried potatoes also roasted. The hotel has access via stairs to the beach. We find the ladder dangerous because it looks kind of improvised and irregular. But they have car access in this up and down. Already in the beach area little one has service to say nothing. Cool water and beer only. No food or drinks. The care there does not exist. There is a boy sitting in the background on whatsapp without even asking or offering anything. It didn't even look like the hotel staff. We ended up choosing to stay every day in day use of this service from another hotel on the same beach. That has everything and a little more. Shower, bathrooms, drinks, drinks and lunch and snacks. At the check out we discovered that they charge tax on all products consumed during the stay without having informed us in advance and it may be the service fee but it is something that is not clear due to the value we were charged in relation to the value of the product in question. At the check-in we only found out that the restaurant was under construction when we entered for lunch. At no time were we told that there was no food provided by the hotel until dinner where they would reopen. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of fruit juices and bread options. The criticism remains constructive for a fair assessment of what we hope but nothing impossible and quick solution. Suggest: go dive more in the middle of the beach...the sea is cleaner and you can even see fish approaching in a few moments.

Beautiful view of Enseada. Tranquility a few kilometers from the center.

Excellent hotel. Steps from the beach. The hotel has a van to take you if you do not want to walk.
The view is beautiful. The spacious and bright family room with a spectacular view.
All the staff are spectacular without exceptions.
Spa service with Natalia's spectacular massages.
Close to the center of Ubatuba and close to the southern beaches. It's worth it and we'd come back without hesitation.
