A great option to stay in Bogota
The hotel is very well located, near Chile Avenue, with several shops around with a beautiful view of Universidad Carlos Arboleda with its beautiful architecture in front.
The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The meals are also high-level. All very tasty.
The staff very polite and caring. Always ready to help.
I was participating in a communicator forum. Coffee breaks did not leave much to be desired either.
I recommend it.

Tired and Dated
LOCATION:Situated in the Chapinero district, the hotel is within walking distance of popular shopping centers like Andino and El Retiro, as well as a variety of restaurants and cafes. This prime location made it easy to explore the vibrant city of Bogotá.
DINE + DRINK:The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and dining options.
ROOM: We stayed in Room 832, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet views of the city and the mountains from lovely big windows ; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM:Good sized bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Radisson branded toiletries
FACILITIES: Very decent Gym with a full range of weights and Cardio machines, though most of them were quite old and dated!
SERVICE: Friendly staff that cared for all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to CLAUDIA at Front desk and Miguel - the bell hop.
HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Excessive slow service
The Internet goes down, it takes 40 minutes to make a sandwich, most easily.
I'm not coming back. It's really a shame that such a chain has lowered its standards of service so much.

If you visit Bogota this is an excellent option
