Good location and good structure

We loved the Tapestry on Via Sants because of the design, style and elegance of the hotel and the (usual) level of service, typical of the Hiltons. However, despite the good value for money, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast, which was not the best, nor for the quality in for the variety. Overall, though, a good hotel, in a good location, with a new structure, but perhaps a little small.

Ci dispiace leggere che la colazione non sia stata all'altezza delle sue aspettative, prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione il suo feedback per migliorare la qualità e la varietà dell'offerta. Better than home.

Wow. What incredible staff. If only all hotels would treat their customers like this place did not only to us but everyone. Respect, courtesy, going out of their way to help with anything you need or want.
Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend.

Very good stay; still some OFIs…

Room small but newly furnished and adjacent to train and subway lines which are about 5 min from the action. New seeming internals (elevator/lobby). Small boutique hotel, yet feels like restaurant digressed into a usual quality but tiny Hilton one (non-changing “wrinkled paper” menu w basic items they may or may not have). It felt like they could’ve had a great restaurant but gave up; near what seems to be a food Mecca in Hospital/Clinic region. Why not strive for having great cuisine!?! Otherwise there’s not a lot around the hotel. But, if the price is right and all you need is a hotel, why not?! Also, they accommodated our early arrival which was huge. Breakfast as standard for Europe—not Pullman quality but good. Highlight is René—their seasoned “bellman” acts as concierge as well etc. You can’t miss him daytime M-F.

A++++++ service

Greeted by the friendliest front desk and concierge when we first walked in. Easy check-in process. Room was clean and spacious. I love that it has 110v outlet in the bathroom. The converter I brought from USA did not work for my flat iron. Having the 110v saved me (otherwise, I would’ve walked around Barcelona with frizzy hair lol).
Besides the beautiful room, the staff at Via Sants were incredible! They are personable, always willing to help and answer all questions you may have. A+++ for service at Via Sants!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided information about places to visit and restaurants, and were very helpful. The hotel is very close to the metro and train stations, which makes it very easy to get around. If I come to Barcelona again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you!
