We decided to save a few bucks by skipping the jacuzzi upgrade at the Bay Front Inn. Big mistake. The room came with its own set of "features" - like a door that looked like it had been used for target practice. Bonus points for authenticity.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the neighborhood welcoming committee - three gentlemen who seemed to be in a rush to not meet us, slamming their door with the kind of urgency usually reserved for roach motels.
The overall experience was less "relaxing getaway" and more "episode of Cops." Next time, we'll pay for the jacuzzi upgrade.
Would recommend if you're looking for an adrenaline rush without the skydiving price tag. Just remember, here, the 'bullet points' are quite literal.
