Nice Stay

The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking with a very friendly staff. Check-in was easy as I completed it using the app. The ability to use your cell phone as your door key is nice. This hotel is located near a mall so you are close to shopping and their other restaurants nearby.
My only complaint is checkout time is at 11:00 So at 10:18 I was done packing and decided to jump in the shower to my surprise housekeeping opened the door did three quick knocks and immediately entered the room while I was naked in the bathroom. I wouldn't be upset if they knocked and then paused to see if someone answered before opening the door. I get it they are verifying if people are checking out but please allow guest time to respond before entering.

Worst customer service and front desk staff ever.

Actual worst hotel experience I have ever had. Traveled with. Hockey team where we stay at many hotels and they are so accommodating. Literal trash front desk, and workers yelling at kids, accusing us of things when it was other teenagers staying there. Hotel footages would show the truth. Most hotels offer spaces for the kids to play and practice, these people chose the stare down route, no class and worst hospitality we have ever experienced as a group. We will be sure to spread the word to other teams in our area to NEVER stay here.

The stay was great. The bar/lounge was closed. That was a big disappointment because we had to go out and pick up alcohol ourselves and brought it back. They would’ve made money off of us. Over all stay was great.

Nothing good to say about this place

I had my future in-laws visiting my family for the first time. I suggested this location because it was close to the mall in case they wanted something to do in their down time, and close to my family home. The hotel had no water for sale. No breakfast on Sunday morning so that my future mother-in-law could eat something with her medication. They gave my future sister-in-law a room key to a room that was already occupied. She literally walked in on a man getting out of the shower. When she went back to the front desk they told her that it was her room and the other person "wasn't supposed to be in there." Her new room hadn't been cleaned and they said that the cleaning staff had left for the day. Just ALL bad. I'm embarrassed that this was their experience in New Jersey.

Was going to a "celebration of life" for a friend that passed. The property was close to the church where the service was. Perfect location. Staff was extremely nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend
