Best Hilton have stayed so far

Rooms where clean very spacious easy access to parking and easily in and out using the digital key staff is very friendly and easy to work with and located conveniently next Universal Studios also very close to hollywood definitely will stay there again

Rates To Low Food to Bad - Wrong All Around

This was totally amazing - I have been waiting to see if the GM even took the time to send me a email and I have given it a few days to allow it ample time. That is NOT going to happen. I can assure you everything I share is because I want to call out the main issue which all this could have been totally avoided by just leaving the rate alone. They went to great lengths to change the rate I booked for some ridiculous reasons. I have been a past Diamond Member and been with Hilton Honors now for over 10 years. I now have cancer and I am a disabled veteran that is a single father that has a son who is also disabled. So you can imagine that all I want for him is an easy , simple stress free trip for his spring break because no telling how many more I have with him. That said it means that every minute , every mile is special to us both so I try to make the trips perfect. This was a total joke. I will call out also some of the staff that tried to make it right, but also the one that made it pure hell. I got a email and spoke with a reservations agent a WEEK before our arrival and she said that my reservation came up and my card was not valid and they immediately asked for a new card. I do this on purpose so that my good card does not get compromised and upon arrival I always present a good card, dah, how am I going to get to stay. Well she demanded it and I said I would go ahead and update it before we arrived and would do it in a few days. Not to get into all of it as this is a detailed enough issue I did update it online in the system and she was told. Well guess where this starts. She STILL cancelled the reservation regardless 2 days after It was updated, This was totally not right. I called and asked for them to give it back fix it and put it back to the same rate. Well they didn't do it fully. Then on the way there we got hit by a snow storm in AZ and had to change the day to the following day. They LOVED this because they said they could get out of the original rate which is the whole reason for all this to start. Well they raised it over 100.00 more. I called and asked if they would put it back to the original again, and they were rude at saying it and said "NO". Well guess what, I was able to go back myself in the app, rebook the room at the lower rate and was able to still delete the higher reservation myself without a penalty. That was all done by me, not them. They could had just easily given me the lower rate but refused and it was actually open online in the app as a rate available but they elected to try to get me purposely at a higher rate, why I have no idea but this was the objective. So, after getting there under my lower rate and checking in I had been asking for them to do something for all the mess they had already done and upsetting my son by the prior cancellations, and all the other crap they did to us. Why this happen I have no idea. This was just being wrong, evil, and not anything I had expected. I had two managers onsite that attempted to make it better, moved us to a better room because the one they gave us had other issues as an extremely loud and broken heater unit. Just more stuff. They put us in a nicer room but again changed the rate again without me knowing and then made it again back to the higher rate. Let's just say this ended badly. They eventually did credit some things, but nothing at the level of making anything better in the end. They did credit one night car parking, a discount on the breakfast for 10.00 and that was ok, but remember the entire trip was ruined and I spent more time dealing with this crap then enjoying our time at the Universal Studios which was suppose to be free for First Responders which I am also as well. Again, this was a disaster trip with Hilton. The FOOD was disgusting. They even charged me 15.00 for a single yes single shot of a liquor. That had to be wrong, I wasn't even told the cost either. I got a meal there I should never had done. I felt it would had been a nice way to make me feel better eating a good meal; and had no problem paying for it, but it was NOT worth a penny. I never even got that refunded which is the basic simple thing. Still overall this was a disaster stay. Our original plan was to come in stay and go home. Simple. They are the ones that did all this not me. They started with trying to get the original rates gone to a higher one and it was obvious that they had a plan and I kept fighting it and I think they didn't see that coming either. Overall the location is nice, the room was nice, but the stay was horrible. I also was surprised that after making a case with Hilton Honors I never got a reply from them on that either. I just wanted to make sure that you check your rates, card, and of all things don't order the Lobster Scampi with a side of bread. You won't be happy. btw, I didnt let AI write it , sorry I wanted to make sure you got my full emotions of the stay and my words only.

Just A Wonderful Vacation

We were tucked away on the 17th floor with a spectacular view looking into the theme park. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the shower at the end of a long day at Universal Studios felt like a sauna. The staff were amazing and left no question unanswered and gave some good restaurant recommendations. It was a wonderful five day get away and the Hilton checked all the boxes.

Great Hotel

Great hotel ! We loved our stay here . The hotel staff is so friendly and accommodating . The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfy! It is within walking distance to Universal Studios. A shuttle is also available . ! We have already booked our next stay . Highly recommend !

The perfect choice for Universal Studios/LA trip.

This is the best hotel if you are planning a trip to Universal Studios and some excursions into LA. It’s a very short drive from the Burbank Airport, and walking to Universal Studios is easy. Perfect for a family that’s looking for a safe and enjoyable time. Shout out to Jerome for helping us Kansas City natives out since check-in!
