Bad hotel dot come here

Absolutely horrible, once we checked in and we came to our room the light in the bedroom did not even turn on, then we walked back down stairs to ask for another room and they said that they didn’t even had another king size bed available for us and on top of that before it was our turn to mention about our issues there was another couple having issues with their room about being a mess and used socks in their room that’s just very unprofessional for a highly recommended hotel. So once we actually mentioned to the front desk about our issues he sent the maintenance guys to our rom to fix the lights and they didn’t even know how to fix it I had to take over to help him take the light fixture off that just blows my mind and on top of that I was highly annoyed an irritated because I had to help him take it off on my vacation and it still not fixed, and on top of that when we went to the pool it was discussing the water was dark and brown and dirty. Then when I asked for another towel they said they didn’t have any more and the hotel was not that busy so that is just ridiculous and I highly don’t recommend this hotel for your stay go somewhere else don’t waste your money here and on top of that there were some prior damages to the room and when I tried to show him he didn’t believe me and I had pictures to prove it just really really bad hotel

Horrible hotel

The hotel was rundown and dirty. We didn’t have any imenities such as cups, coffee, extra toilet paper. We only got 2 towels. We shouldn’t have to ask for any of these items when the room had just supposedly been cleaned. Tv channels were not correct and couldn't find any guide. Very bad job! Will not stay here again.

I was very pleased with the room, it was very clean and quiet. The hallways were in serious need of some cleaning. Breakfast could have used some variety. Same thing all three days.

I only stayed overnight, but there were hints within the room that it may not have been well serviced by housekeeping. The coffee maker didn't have cups available and the ice bucket was missing the room. The guest agent was friendly enough, but if you are looking for a comfortable, sanitized sleeping experience, this is not your place.
