Feels like a bad franchise...
OK shuttle service.
Other than that no customer service.
Nasty counter employees
Horrible checking experience.
You could play hockey with the bistro hamburgers.
First Marriott not offered breakfast as a platinum member.
Offered $10 to a partial discount on a Jimmy Dean looking breakfast.
Good luck requesting to speak with the manager.
Glad it was only a one night stay.
This feels more like a franchise location.
All in all not worthy of a Bonvoy recommendation.
But I will say as a platinum member this is not typical of Bonvoy or Marriott...
Just a poorly run property.
