They Canceled Us. Didn't Return the Deposit. Lied About it.
Deposit Not returned. Ever. And Wells Fargo confirmed this.
Non-responsive when called or texted.
Used to be a nice place.
New management is shady. Don't trust them with your money.

Rendezvous NO MORE
It's a complete DUMP! Do not waste your money. No more happy hour (well unless you want this-Pace picante sauce from a jar with stale chips and slushy margarita mix without tequila. The chips, salsa, and "margarita" mix were still sitting out for guests to "ENJOY" the next morning! It had been sitting out uncovered for over 15 hours! GROSS! No wonder why they're stale!
Our original reservations were set and paid for April 2022. They canceled our reservations telling us they had to close for renovations until November! So we thought we'll wait until they're done. NO RENOVATIONS we're ever done! This place use to be a hidden gem. Do yourself a favor and stay at a Motel 6. At least it's updated and clean. Not to mention about 1/3 of the price. We paid $500 for two nights.
Oh, and there's no one working the desk (at least from morning to around 3pm) so you're on your own if you need anything. The front desk guy is very nice, but this $hit show place is out of his control. I feel bad for him!
PS: no blow dryers in the rooms either! I haven’t had to pack a blow dryer in over two decades because EVERY place we stay offers them. And we travel A LOT!
