I am so sorry to hear that you encountered a disturbance during your recent stay. I wish we were informed of this issue so that we could have relocated you to a more comfortable room right away. Nonetheless, know that your voice is of tremendous importance to us, and we are confronting each of the issues that you mentioned to ensure that no guest has this experience in the future.

Appreciate that the hotel accepts pets.
Found the staff to be friendly and the hotel very clean.
Provided all the necessary linens and usual toiletries
Breakfast was good and the coffee hot.
No shortage and the staff member was quick to replenish any breakfast item that was needed.
2nd time staying here and found it perfect for the stay needed and affordable
