You never stay in this hotel

I was given a room that smelled like marijuana, then we were replaced and a whole room was broken, a bad hotel, I had to look for a new hotel, miss a day of our trip late, because we couldn't stay there, unfortunately on the internet the photos of the rooms were very good, but it's not what you see when you arrive, a dirty hotel, a hotel that doesn't clean elevators, the rooms with light that doesn't work, a showing bath, a broken toilet paper stand in the bathroom, the smell of mold in the room, a broken sofa, rust in the microwave stand

Not good

Not good at all , I got picture of dirty black bottom bath tube,
Old fridge , stain all over the carpet , need. A paint job every where in hotel , the front desk look ok , but when you in is very dirty , this hotel need to be close down to public . Very bad

Disappointing

I don’t travel that much but the stay at this La Quinta location was the most disappointing stay I ever had at an hotel. I checked in on a Wednesday. Trash all around the parking lot. Trash bins around the parking lot was filled to capacity. Saturday the same trash bins was still full and the same trash still around the parking lot. The exterior needs work. The fountain at the entrance looks like it has not working for several months probably longer based on how it looked. Interior, there was some trash on the elevator floor that remained there the entire stay. Floor buttons do not light when pressed. The elevator jerks when it stops. The key cards barely work. I had to place it in the door multiple times before it will unlock. Thursday 11-21 as I was leaving out for the day I reported to the front desk that the toilet would not flush. I was gone all day. When I arrived back that evening my key cards didn’t work. The front desk said when they came to fix the toilet there was no one there so they deactivated my key cards. That didn’t make any sense. FYI, the toilet is still not fixed. I knew what the issue was. The tank was not refilling so it needs a new fill valve. Whatever they did it worked for a few flushes but reverted back to not filling the tank unless you giggle the fill valve. Around the bathroom door it appears to be mold forming. The room has a refrigerator microwave combo looked like it was 30 years old and the freezer inside had not been defrosted in months. I will never stay at another La Quinta again.

I stayed in #305. The sofa was saggy and the upholstery was ripped open. I could not use it. The headboard, was dirty and falling apart. The carpet had seen better days. There was a big stain in the bathtub. The hallways showed wear and tear.

Room totally dirty, no sheets to use on sofa bed, no water on toilet. Also dirty toilet on the lobby.
I usually book La Quinta, but it was my las time. Awful!
