Mt. Arayat View in Room 409

We have stayed in this property for a night only. The room is small but very clean with a magnificent view.
The bed was so comfortable with clean and fresh bed linens. The bathroom is big and has a good hot-water supply.
We will definitely stay back in this hotel once we are back in Angeles City.

Executive Room Experience

The water is the problem sometimes there's a flow but it stinky, the toilet bowl has no flush. the door cannot be open easily even if we repeat to tap the key card a few times and last we experience a out of service of elevator. the bed is crowded and canno move easily.

No wifi

This hotel has wifi in certain areas and wired ports in all the rooms. My biggest disappointment was with the no internet access from the floor which we checked- in. Reported the issue with their front desk staffs but no action was taken. Be warned if you like your internet fast and hot, this ain’t the place to stay.
The internet service has such restricted bandwidth that it is virtually unusable for most common purposes such as Skype, etc. It is barely adequate for reading email. My wife goes down to their libby just to access the wifi.

An average hotel for a business trip

We were booked in this hotel by a client and not by choice. Have I been given options, I would have opt out. Concierge staff, especially the reservation officer could learn a thing or two about business travel reservation and how to properly handle booked visitors. Instead of unnecessary questions, she could just have verified details from the booker. In terms of services, I find it OK as well as the staff. Though the room is spacious enough, the room lighting is a turn off. Key card may not always work to automatically turn the lights and aircon on. This is more of a tourist inn, and not a hotel

Worth the Pay

The bed was OK, overall the bathroom was not up to my standard even the towels, the toilet seat was missing, so was not that pleasant, water was smelling chlorine and I felt it was dirty, they could easily improve but may be this is what you get for what you pay
