Special feeling

the stay was great, good breakfast and very good service. especially to Jane! I fell with the scooter, and she came to catch me and help me so well. In the evening she also had a super nice chat, which added an extra experience to the stay! We loved it

Nice but no sleep unless you wear your earplugs.

Beautiful place but you need earplugs. The staff are lovely but the noise from the dogs chickens and karaoke is hard to bare. It’s a real shame. There is a dive resort next door where the food is good and the sunset is lovely. Quite a way from town but that’s a blessing.

Four night Villa stay

My partner and I stayed in the new villa opposite Pawikan.
It offers an infinity pool, large bean bags to relax outside, super king bed, wide screen TV with free access to streaming services, snorkels, paddle boards and more.
An 'OK' location which is the reason for not providing five stars: it's a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants & bars however the footpath near Pawikan is a bit sketchy. The worst thing is the dogs in the gated compound/house opposite the villa - they bark ALL day long and especially at night which is completely infuriating. No fault of the owners or hotel staff but it prevents a fully relaxed experience.
The villa is right next to a beach that isn't suitable for relaxing however it's perfect for snorkeling or paddle boarding.
Breakfast is free and decent and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Thoroughly recommend the restaurant in the Seaview resort next door - exceptional food and cocktails.

Charming Boutique Hotel

Highly recommend staying here. It's relatively new/clean, and the value is great. It's about a 15 minute walk into the center of town, and it was always easy to find a cheap tricycle home. The staff is beyond helpful -- we booked a Kawasan Canyoneering excursion through them and placed a breakfast order every evening. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and I was more than happy to eat it five days in a row. If you're a tea drinker, bring your own bags (they only have a decaf lemon tea).
Only thing I would note is that the neighbor roosters are quite loud in the morning -- bring good earplugs!

New clean rooms

The rooms were new and clean. The hotel is difficult to find and a bit away from Panagsama beach. Breakfast is included, nothing special but ok. There was some construction going on in the hotel. Loud dogs and roosters at night. Not bad for par days.
