Incompetent staff
Yet it had been 3 times that we had been there!
Certainly a change of personnel
Completely incompetent!
We stayed there 3 nights!
From the first day there was a lock problem in our room! With the maid locked in this one!
The day is gone!
The staff decided to change our room! They transferred all our personal belongings (well almost because 2 forgets in the old room) to the new room! Notify only at 18:00!
Where is respect for the privacy of people?
It's inconceivable!
To compensate we got only 2 unbilled breakfasts! ( it's very skinny )!
And knowing that breakfast is flush with daisies!
We also had dinner at the restaurant with our group of 70 people! Beef steak proposal where everyone had to announce their cooking! ( This is not a dish for groups! )The stripping and service leaves more than to be desired!
I think the staff should have good training! Or change your profession!

A very good stay.
We did not regret our choice.
The services, whether it be the reception, the quality of the room and the bathroom, or the catering are of high quality, perfectly in line with the typology of the hotel.
An establishment to recommend.
