Shameful, mediocrity in every sense of the word!
We were given another one, in a dirty state... see photos
We are very disappointed with this establishment, never again!
In addition, it is super noisy and with no or too few places to park inside or outside!

Way too many flaws
Anyway, when we got the room, a triple, the bunk bed was quite small, more for a child than an adult. Thankfully, one of my friends can sleep anywhere and is slim. The bed linen felt strangely cold and humid, not nice sleeping there. The room was thankfully cool, at least. The furniture was old and tired. There are not enough plugs, being a triple I expected at least more than 2 of them. There's no wardrobe, just some hangers. Not a lot of desk / table space either. The toilet looked clean, but the shower was somewhat mouldy. Also the curtain didn't seem that clean. There were just 3 kind of big towels, but no hand towels at all. A couple of soap dispensers, but not shampoo.
The view was really discouraging when I checked, lots of garbage outside and the balconies next to us were a mess and dirty, with clothes, pans and stuff all over the floors (I want to assume that was not part of the hotel). The day after we decided to have breakfast on the restaurant nearby and not there. Very dry check out, not a lot of effort trying to understand us in English or Spanish. When we were leaving, there was a man complaining that he wanted his money back for finding another hotel. So it's not horrible, but it wasn't a good hotel either. For that price, needs a lot of improving and more sympathy on the desk.

automatic check-in is closed when reception is open, and we currently have a 24-hour reception.
Regarding the Ibis Budget standards, these will be reviewed during an upcoming renovation.

Run away!!!
Today, we are told that we refused the room and that we will therefore be charged for it, shabby hotel, no reception,... the hotel manager spoke to us extremely badly and took us for idiots

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services.
En revanche, laissez nous préciser quelques détails.
Nous n'avions pas de réservations aux noms indiqués. Il n'est pas dans l'intérêt d'un hôtel de refuser du monde .
Nous vous avons quand même cité 5 des noms que nous avions en attente de check in, et vous n'avez reconnu aucun d'entre eux.
Néanmoins, et malgré le fait que les réservations effectuées soit non remboursables ni modifiable selon les conditions que vous avez prises, nous vous avons quand même remboursé les nuits suivantes ...
