Not worth the price

The balneo tub was not working.
Room with stained walls.
Ceiling tiles in toilet with moisture
Mould in the shower
Pros:
Very friendly staff and welcoming restaurant at the top.
In conclusion a shame the price of the presidential suite

Avoid at all cost.
Waitress that served us didn’t and could not even answer a question about the menu. Had to ask her twice where our drinks were and after 20mins another member of staff arrived with poor English to go over what we had ordered.
Food was poor and extremely tough. Restaurant had one other couple dining and yet service was extremely slow.
Waitress smelt of cigarettes!
Air con not working in our room and instructions in the room were to ask a member of staff to control it from reception. Again she did not understand English!
