Excellent Service & Business Hotel
Check in took 20 minutes, by far the slowest in my 4 weeks of travel in India. After that things improved. The grounds of the hotel are very clean from the entry to the reception, halls, lifts and all the way to the room.
As a business hostel, the room is designed to be functional with space to work. The room was very similar in style to business hotels in Europe. A wardrobe, mini bar & snacks, desk & chair to work on and plenty of electric points, including one at the desk. The bathroom was functional with modern fittings, albeit a bit cramped. There's a wet room style shower with curtains or a bucket if you want to bathe Indian style. Hot water was readily available. The bed had a thick medium mattress and a heavy blanket which was perfect even with the AC on.
I had purchased breakfast and the food options were exceptional. Each day there were about 10 Indian options and maybe 4 European options, although the latter were only toasts and cereals.
Location wise, the hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Bhubaneswar Station which worked well for me as I had a morning train.
The staff provide exceptional service. The reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff etc were all very professional. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would stay again.

Disappointing
But their Cozy room category is too small, the bathrooms are tiny. The money they charge for a tier 3 city is quite high given the room size and hotel facilities. They have only one lift for usage by guests as well as staff, hence its busy through the day. Their overall service is ok, nothing great.
They have a popular rooftop restaurant and the food is decent as long as you order room service or from the menu. Their breakfast buffet is terrible. Same items everyday and not even good taste/quality. Its like a formality.
There are better hotels for the same price. Best to opt for them.
