Nice experience at Hotel Prism , Jorhat

This was my 2nd stay in last two months with Prism . I must say this is one of the best in Upper Assam.Location is best.Ample parking. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Breakfast spread was very good with live kitchen .Check in/check out was smooth. Only thing I found this time around is their room service. They do not respond to phone calls and everytime I had to call reception to get my order placed.Otherwise all fine.Had a very pleasant stay

This is the BEST hotel in Jorhat. It has everything that you’d expect in a good hotel. The staff were amazing. Thank you!

Smiling staff and take full care of Guests

Excellent stay in this hotel. Neat and clean. Promptly attend all calls and they try to make the stay comfortable. Basic amenities. Smiling reception and attend promptly. Food is excellent. Grateful to Chef Mr Deepak Negi to accede my request for Moa Machh fry when I requested at about 12 Noon. They collected the Fish and the meal was ready by 1.30 PM. Special thanks to him. Excellent Breakfast with diversity. Example of treating Guest. That is Jorhat.

Good to stay, not very professionally run

I don't think there are many decent options for stay in Jorhat. Hotel Prism is one of them. Location is very convenient with a big Bazar outlet in the same building which may be an added attraction for some. The Hotel is quite neat and clean, rooms are spacious, the room I stayed had beautiful view. The restaurant has limited range to choose from, but still offers some good dishes. Staff is polite, helpful and cordial. But there are some inconsistency in service. Sometimes the bathroom supplies like towels will be inadequate. Even tea, coffee sachets were not replenished regularly. Only one cup was provided for the double bed room. On the other hand they provided iron with ironing table, coat hanger etc. Room cleaning was erratic too. But they will help you by doing extra bit if you ask. So you will be happy if you don't look for professional excellence.
