Overall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories.If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl.
Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

AWESOME STAY AT ARCHANA RESIDENCY

The Best Hotel to stay in Mulund/Thane area. Neat and clean rooms. Superb restaurant with mouth watering yummy food. Excellent service by the Hotel staff makes the stay really awesome. They have banquets for occasions which is iceing on the cake. SIMPLY SUPERB!!

Superb hotel and we’ll recommended.

Great location, being close to markets, supermarkets and major retail outlets. Hotel staff courteous and with excellent customer service and hospitality. Special mention for the front desk manager - Jyoti, she just superb and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a comfortable and happy experience. The premium room on the 6th floor was very nice and modern with great room service and cleaning. The vegetarian breakfast was excellent and the restaurant food downstairs was great. Kudos to all of them, especially Jyoti.
Hotel is well recommended and we certainly will be booking again. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Wonderful Stay Ever

Hotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, along with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watchman chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
