Nice one..

Hotel ambience is good.. staff is helpful and supportive..
Restaurant is on ground floor and rooms are on first floor onwards..
Deluxe rooms are better to stay..though rooms are bit small, but can be managed...
Overall a good hotel to stay in Muzaffarnagar.

Bad food served

Hotel manager is very rude person even he is not having any etiquettes. He don't know how to talk wd girls also
Worst services ,food was not of good quality, poor living condition.
Nobody to hear your complaints and manager is also having very bad behavior.
never suggest anyone to staty here

Nice Stay at hotel

Desent place to stay. Underground Parking available.A resturant is there in ground floor.Staff is decent and had regional languages accent.Price is not fix they charge on the basis of demand.Place is centrally located and is quite near to the railway station & the bus stand.A neat & clean quite place.

Slightly overpriced, but rest all is good

This hotel is right on Mahavir chowk one of the central locations in Muzaffarnagar, Has Railway station within 2 KM and Bus Stand within 1 KM. This has a restaurant on the ground floor which servers delicious Indian food. Apart from the room size (smaller than standard hotel rooms) and cleanliness of the bathroom, I was satisfied with everything else. Not sure why others are calling this pathetic, but my experience was completely different. Visited this for a friends marriage.

Just for Business visit its OK

Hotel is not worthy to stay. But there are no alternate in the town so adjusted to stay here. Rooms are uncomfortable. Small rooms and wash rooms. Its better not to plan to stay here. No proper ventilation.
