Bad service and the hotel management are not responsible for the mistakes of their staff that resulted my car broke in the parking lot.

The winning hotel is only located in a strategic location. Moreover, there is no value that can be sold for the existence of the tsb hotel. I ordered an executive-type room but the room's dirty and the floor cracked. The shower leaked and the food wasn't good. Big zero service, this is because my car is damaged and can't be carried while in the hotel parking due to mistakes and negligence of the hotel staff tsb (the car key from the first I came was already held by the staff tsb and was given when I wanted to go home, with the condition of the car was damaged). I complained to the Hotel Management, but they didn't want to be held accountable on the grounds that they didn't know (hello??...what model management did not know the problem in their work area). The car can't run and I'm looking for towing myself as well as using personal funds, without any help from the hotel (because of damage tsb I'm ready to crack in 2 krn must need large funds for repairs). The hotel management seemed to be free of responsibility and the answers were always overwhelming and contemptuous. My family was gone for three hours. When I asked for a written statement on the Hotel Management decision, they didn't want to (why???).
The point is, whoever wants to stay here and get a vehicle, think first, and be careful, because the hotel staff are not professional, so that it doesn't happen as minimal as I do.
From this, I will also make sure that all my acquaintances, peers, friends and other family members stay at another hotel if they want to enjoy the tour, not here.

Except for the location , the rest was very very basic with an old furniture in the room.

I had a bad stay at this hotel. The aircond wasn’t working properly for the whole night at least for the room I got. It was still leaking even after the technician came to fix it. The shower was stinky. The receptionist was kind but other than him, everything was horrible. Luckily the hotel isn’t under Accor or Marriot or else The Customer Always Right might be applied.
