This property was very clean and the terrace was a large outdoor space. Breakfast was excellent and our server at breskfast was fantastic. There were eggs, meat and cheese, cereal, yogurt, baked goods and nuts. The only down sides were that the bathroom sink did not drain well. I think needed cleaning out. The shower was great. Checkin instructions should specifically state that you will not get the code to enter until exactly 3 pm. The instructions need to be clearer. I would stay again as the suite is close to the train station and walkable to all other areas. In addition to being very clean.

The shared terrace of this place has a great view of the cathedral.
I did not enjoy my stay here though as I felt the room was not as advertised. After booking a non-refundable booking, the property messaged to let us know that there was no bathroom attached to our room. The bathroom was instead down the hall - it was not shared, but it was located right next to the breakfast room which was awkward and inconvenient. If we had known this at the time of booking, we would've elected to stay elsewhere. As another reviewer said, property could be cleaner, sheets were dusty and the floor wasn't too clean.

Too expensive, complicated, cold, borderline scam

Frankly....really disappointed, the Award should be halved for what it is! First you have to do a master in computer science to download and fill in an application to get an access code that is sent to you the day of your arrival around 3pm....the application of the Gatto Bianco offers you to guide you....but in the wrong place either at 124 instead of 130 or vice versa....great after 7am train luggage and elderly people. No reception but a sinister code door on the 8th floor poorly lit. The door crossed after a great moment of solitude, (the code will work...) the door finally opens and here is a tiny empty reception office that welcomes you in a corridor fortunately clean and well lit. A few more steps to get to your room or another digicode awaits you (the code is the same... fortunately) Basic room quite clean and sober, good bedding, except in the other room we had rented where a colony of ants had settled in bed. Of course no one to talk to at the ghost reception. We cleaned the ants ourselves...
The next day after a pretty good night despite the noise of the elevator, here we are at the very breakfast with almost nothing to eat, (ultra minimalist) "served" by a nice sleeping lady who spoke only Italian;-) we were able to make ourselves understood having an Italian speaker in our small group.
The famous luggage storage included in the services is very far from the Pension and therefore encourages any guest to use it. We were able to add 40 € from our pocket to drop our luggage in the one that is at the end of the street....
In conclusion: much too expensive for what it is and misleading site because you might think someone is waiting for you instead of a code door, there is probably much better in Bari, we will not go back.

This experience has been pleasant overall. Great location, staff has been easy to communicate with and then have accommodating for my needs. Room is clean and spacious. Location is walkable and easy to get to from the train station which is walkable about 5 minutes.
