Reception , kindness of the staff at the reception and location .Io and my partner we did one of their experiences on Valentine's Day with floating breakfast ... unique experience of its kind a spa all for us .. ratio quality price great, clean cozy and functional chalet ... to try

SMELLY PLACE
The sauna and steam room smelled of sweat and rotten feet this place is stinking don't come TRUST.
BATHROBE AND SLIPPERS 20€ just to rent them realize .

ringraziandola per avere scelto Villaggio Gofree per il suo soggiorno e per avere dedicato del tempo a recensire la sua esperienza , ci permettiamo di dissentire rispetto a quanto dichiarato in quanto non frutto di un'esperienza reale , fatto prontamente segnalato al reparto moderazione .
I termini da Lei utilizzati riflettono rabbia repressa e difficoltà di espressione linguistica che , laddove fosse stata frutto di una reale esperienza ,non avrebbe comunque apportato alcun beneficio agli Ospiti futuri .Il nostro consiglio perr le esperienze future è quello di comunicare prontamente agli addetti al ricevimento le difficoltà per potere intervenire prontamente nella risoluzione dei problemi .

Positive experience but with some critical issues
The wooden house is very cozy, warm and comfortable, ideal for those looking for a mountain atmosphere. The location is great, surrounded by nature, and the prices are quite competitive compared to other facilities in the area. The heating is very powerful, but fortunately adjustable. Perfect for family of 4+ people.
Negative aspects:
Cleanliness really leaves something to be desired. Under the bed I found large balls of dust, as well as along the walls, which were dusty, with even cobwebs on the ceiling. Also because we came in search of clean air, but at night I had coughing fits, being sensitive to dust. To try to improve the situation, I had to spend half a day buying disposable rags and other tools to clean the floor and, in general, try to make the house more habitable. The shower drain is totally plugged. Very powerful heating, dusty radiators and very dry air, for asthmatics it is a big problem.
the atmosphere is cozy, the price is affordable and the house comfortable, but the cleanliness absolutely needs to be improved. If the property paid more attention to these details, the experience could be much more enjoyable for guests.
