With a welcome like this you always feel at home
First of all I wanted to thank the magnificent welcome made up of many things on which I could dwell, starting from the rooms, clean, large and with all the necessary comforts, to continue with the splendid location, the aperitif service, and finally, last but not least, with attention to the customer. Here we are truly at a higher level. If it is true that for everything else there is Mastercard (quoting a famous advertisement) there is no price for the attention to detail that is given to the customer. Really good for the advice and restaurant reservations, for the availability of a wine tour in the cellar, for the continuous and at the same time discreet presence, for the warmth and passion that you let be perceived in every little thing. I certainly don't forget the surprise of breakfast (not foreseen at the time of booking but available at no extra charge when we arrived).
You not only designed it but also created it with excellent raw materials, abundance and a truly pleasant mise en place. Behind all this, however, there are people who deserve just as much applause. The owner so present and generous with advice and stories about the Musella estate, Alice, his daughter, the emblem of friendliness with an always bright and sincere smile and, in the year of the Olympics, the gold medal of availability, courtesy and attention : Enra, the Reception Manager. Well done, you really deserve it . Word of mouth among the Alpine groups has already started. We'll see you again soon
