Good option to visit northern Sardinia
Staff except man reception very well.
Nice pool.
Free public parking.
Quiet place to disconnect.
You depend on the car to go everywhere.

Positive experience at the Rocce Rosse residence.
In the living room with kitchenette there is both a table and a two-seater sofa bed with a foldaway cot under the sofa (obviously the table reduces the room a lot and it is not possible to open the bed, we solved by bringing the table outside to the terrace), the small bedroom has a small two-door wardrobe with not enough space to hold the clothes of three people, two single beds, a small blind bathroom with forced suction with shower.
There is a microwave, a fridge with freezer, induction hob, air conditioner (ours did not work except with a fan) a flat screen TV which however was unable to work due, so we were told, to an antenna problem. Outside, on the veranda, they placed the clothesline (very convenient) and the recycling bins (the cleaning fee does not include emptying the bins).
The apartment is equipped with the essentials to prepare a quick meal but do not expect to have it all! Kitchen knives, for example, are free of sharp blades.
The beds on arrival are complete with sheets, a shower towel is also provided a medium and a small towel per person (if you want to change linen, it is a fee).
Attention: There is no hairdryer or other equipment for the kitchen such as tablecloths and tea towels, no soap for dishes or bathroom products set, the small roll of toilet paper that you will find will not be enough for weekly use. In the bathroom there are no shelves but under the sink there is a small suspended cabinet, a single hook to hang the bathrobe and two bars for towels (one above the bidet and the other next to the sink).
The apartment is equipped with beautiful blackout curtains both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms but especially in the kitchen room and outside the light points are not able to provide adequate lighting.
In front of the veranda, a beautiful view of the village of Isola rossa and the pool gave us fantastic sunsets and awakenings in a beautiful atmosphere (it would be great if they installed cotton side curtains on the veranda for more privacy and protection from the wind), too bad that the green is poorly cared for and that there is that aspect of neglect with weeds instead of more useful herbs.
The reception staff is friendly.
The condominium pool is really nice both day and night at the moment is devoid of exposed regulation, so it happens that some people use it for diving or other shows and games that do not make it fully usable for relaxation.
At the entrance of the residence there is a large free parking lot but holidaymakers prefer to park in the part in front of the apartments preventing the loading and unloading of luggage to those who need it or the transit of security or emergency vehicles (although the staff verbally informs users not to make this type of parking, no prohibition sign has been installed outside the loading and unloading time slot with a 30 minute time disc, for example).
The check-in was really great, very convenient using the combination key box when the reception is closed.
A minimalist two-room apartment, I personally found it right for my needs.
