The hotel is convenient if you're flying out of Haneda, as it's relatively near Haneda airport. They have a nice sitting area / lounge with a view of the port area. Amenities are kept near the elevators going up to the rooms, and there's also some coffee / tea there. There is a train station near the hotel, and an Aeon in the same big block. There are also convenience stores nearby; there's one at the ground floor.

It has a good location with two train stations in walking distance. Also the room I had has a good view of the sea. For it’s reasonable price, I would say it’s a pretty good hotel for your staying choice in Tokyo.

The reception is on the 16th floor, and you can enjoy the view through the glass windows. It’s beautiful. There are plenty of sofas near the reception, and you can have water or coffee while waiting to check in.
The room is also very clean, and the bathtub is spacious enough to soak in comfortably. I’m very satisfied with my stay. I’d love to come back again.

Location. Within covered walking distance to Shinagawa Seaside station. But on Rinkai Line hence most of the time you have to change to another train/subway. Very minimum amenities but it will be good for visitors who will be out most of the time.
