Amazing stay with great hospitality in Luang Prabang, Laos
Big shot out to the manager (Phap & his team), everyone is so welcoming and take a great care to their customers, Phap (the manager assisted me all the way from after booking until my end of the stay with great manner and a pure spirit of a great manager.
The room I had was spacious and very clean, the hotel is about 3 months new at the time of this review and everything is perfect.
The hotel offer free pick up and transfer from and to airport as it is only 5-10 minutes away from the hotel.
The hotel located not too close to the old town but by walking which I did took me about 10 minutes to the old town area.
Staff are incredibly helpful and always smile and ask you if you need anything or assistance.
The morning breakfast is good but food can be similar everyday as I stay long here.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and the restaurant where I can enjoy my midway hiding from
The suns with a nice cold Luang Prabang to Laos beers.
Overalls I think this hotel has a great value with the price adjacent to the qualities and service they provided.
Thanks phap and the staff. For taking a good care of me while visiting this magnificent world heritage town and I really love loa people and Lola is in general.
Notes: this is my 3 time visiting Luang Prabang.
Love it and still nice despite Chinese are coming because of the new train line from china.

A Hidden Gem and a Must-Stay
We had an issue with cockroaches coming into our room but the staff was very responsive to our concerns and addressed it immediately. It was not an issue after that. They have staff and technicians on call at the resort all day and night, which was comforting and very helpful.
I would definitely stay again!!

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They arranged for private transportation to the waterfalls at a competitive price, and provided a free shuttle back to the airport when we left.
If we ever returned to Luang Prabang, this is where we would stay.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the amenities needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. One of the highlights of the resort is the swimming pool, which makes the complex even more beautiful.
The location is also good, it’s not on the famous street but is very close to all the attractions. Also, you can rent a motorbike with them and they will bring it to the door, which is very convenient.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Luang Prabang, this resort is definitely a great choice!
