Problems: No hot shower! Power and wi fi in and out all the time. Never for extended amounts of time, but annoying. Not a bad place, just know what to expect. I probably could have switched rooms regarding the shower, but I tolerated the shower well enough. My travel mate's room had plenty of hot water, too.

Excellent hotel for transiting passengers!
The rooms are large and spacious, and I had a very nice evening's rest.
Hotel/room perks include: free airport shuttle (email the hotel in advance or call from the information desk at arrivals) in both directions; ample towels provided in the room (2 bath, 2 hand, 2 washcloths), bathrobes and slippers provided, a large flatscreen tv with a small selection of International (English) news and entertainment channels, excellent air conditioning, large shower with rain head (perfect temperature), excellent wifi signal in the room, massive fitness centre located just down the street for hotel patrons to use (very well equipped with cardio machines, free weights and machines for every muscle group!), excellent on site restaurant, catering to Chinese/Asian tastes namely, but the food was delicious and portions were generous for the price (I had the beef with broccoli and it was tasty!), very friendly staff and management (always checking to see if they can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable), electric kettle in the room with tea bags.
Also present in the room were an ironing board, blackout curtains, writing pads and pen, coffee mugs, glassware, electronic safe, luggage storage with hangers, chairs, writing desk with chair.
The decor was a bit dated, but still tasteful! The perks far outweighed any negatives!
Breakfast was decent - 2 eggs, a French danish and 2 small banana cakes, along with some fresh fruit slices and a cup of coffee. I would have preferred a buffet breakfast, or to have been given the choice, but as I was running to catch a flight, I was just appreciative to be able to have a quick bite beforehand!
I had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again if ever in transit in Antananarivo!

Felt like Sheraton or Hilton hotel.
