A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no reception area at the accommodations property. The reception office is about 1-2 mins walk and opposite Petronas station, town area. Key collection details will be sent upon booking via your mobile phone number given. Please note that it is important for guests to provide your mobile phone number during the booking as the property will reach out to you through WhatsApp to provide you all important details like the link of our location, picture of our accommodations and reception office. The reception office is operated from 7.15am - 6.00pm daily Monday - Sunday. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange.
Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal. It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel.
