Cheap but no chic☹️
No facilities ie no Bar or restaurant or shop.
Self catering apartment had a kettle and microwave.
Hob did not work.
No towels, or even dustpan and brush.
Midges and mosquitoes because damp so could not sit outside ☹️

Please inform Villa Charlie of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the obligatory daily EUR 21.43 air conditioning cost and/or EUR 30.00 heating cost, are not included in the rate. Air conditioning works from the 13th of June until the 26th of September. Heating works from the 31st of October until the 1st of May. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
