Great place to stay

This Guest house is in a perfect location for the De la Warr pavilion ,we were greeted by a slightly Grumpy Andy ( his customer relations needs a little improvement)but the following made up for that ! the room was great nice size and very clean bed was comfortable & what a great breakfast plenty to choose from Rachel was lovely and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

We are so sorry especially Andy found him to be grumpy as he is really not like that at all just glad it didnt spoil your stay and the rest made up for it. We were actually in bits as we had to have our springer Millie put to sleep and he found it very difficult however that should not have impacted your stay. Millie was his baby.
Please come back again so we can put it right but so pleased you gave us a high score to which we thank you for

DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely awful. Greeted by a barking dog and a man who had no idea where he was. Told me I’d been drinking and was very confrontational when I asked for a refund.
Do not stay here. Disgusting, filthy place that has no respect for their customers.

Dear Hannah,
Thank you for your libeous and false review.
You turned up a day early and when my husband tried to explained this you went off one and demanded a charger to charge your phone.
He said no as he was showing you our on line booking site where it clearly showed the booking for the Thursday not Wednesday night,
He then went to expain that it was not a problem as we had that room available - but no you wanted a refund.
How can we be digusting and filthy you didnt even come in!
He went to explain that we could not issue a refund as you had paid booking.com not us. So yeah you turned up a day early got cross and then we have to pay you for not staying - Really!
Andy certainly knows where he was but was about to take our 13 week old cockapoo for a walk so I doubt Charlie Brown was barking yet another false account.
Between our messages on booking.com you actually said sorry but have choosen to leave this on trip advisor perhaps the sorry was false as well.
We have agreed to allow booking.com to refund you but now I wish i had refused perhaps you said sorry to get your refund - congratulations.
We are hard working kind people which many guests come back again and again to see us so you can remove this review but we are really not worried as people will read pass your ridiculous account.
Thank you and we hope your next stay at a B & B is booked correctly

Great stay

Such a pleasant stay at this B&B.... clean and comfortable and very quiet, we slept very well
It's so close to the sea front too with a few nice places to eat.
We will definitely stay again if in Bexhill

Brilliant guest house

Extremely lovely guest house with the best hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel and Andy and they were friendly and engaging (but not intrusive) got everything right and we will definitely be visiting again

Great breakfast and a warm welcome

Another lovely stay. Ideally located with the De La Warr on your doorstop. Some great new restaurants in Bexhill since our last visit. We received a warm welcome as a returning guest and the breakfast never disappoints- thank you Andy! Not sure how you manage to offer so much! We have friends booked in for August who are looking forward to their stay.
