Good location, shame about the building work
However the apartment could now do with updating and the electrics need to be fixed (lights in the bathroom and main bedroom keep tripping for some reason). Likewise the pool/pool area was disappointing.
Whilst we could live with the above, in addition to building work in the neighbourhood, we were not aware that the complex was also being renovated & works were still ongoing, so at times it was like being in a building site.
Also watch out for the grumpy old man next door who seems to resent guests using the underground/secure parking. As I understand each apartment has 1 secure space (underground) and 1 upstairs (unsecured). However as he has two vehicles he parks both in the secured area and rather rudely instructed me to park in the unsecured space or parked across my allocated secure space to prevent me using!.
Have to say the guys and girls at NOX Property Rentals were excellent, as we had a couple of issues (swimming pool, electrics etc) to which they responded promptly and courteously.
I'll be back in Cape Town again and whilst unfortunately I couldnt recommend this apartment complex, I would recommend talking to Nox about other rental properties.
