Friendly staff at the reception. Good with free coffee.
However, we were very surprised when we entered the room and there was no window there. I can't remember the reservation saying the room was windowless? It went well to sleep, but it's a danger when you go up to the bathroom in the middle of the night and it's pitch black.
It was also extremely responsive. You could hear the guests in the room above. It sounded like some child jumping around on the floor (our roof) until late at night. Iofs not the hotel's fault with jumping children.
The breakfast was small. You got full, but there wasn't that little extra. But maybe I'm spoiled for my other hotel stays. It was also very crowded and cluttered because it was connected with the reception. Then the kitchen staff whipped cream and it sounded very loud. Maybe there should be something they can close for in the kitchen when they whip?

Hotel experience
The staff Frida had a very good service during the night.The staff also had a very nice and fun reception by their visitors . Highly recommend Comfort Hotel in Umeå City and will most likely make a return visit!
