Excellent view! Limited breakfast.
- stayed in ocean view junior suit with balcony. Excellent view!
- spacious room; spacious bathroom.
- but bathtub is awkwardly high, may be difficult for many to get in and out. In fact, should be careful while getting out to avoid accident. I would have preferred a shower enclosure instead or additionally.
- very popular among local tourists.
- except for the size, didn’t find much difference between a junior suite and a deluxe room. In fact, was very surprised to see only 2 pillows for 2 persons. When requested for more, they apologized because the hotel was full. Eventually, they provided one extra each on the following 2 days. I have always seen 4 pillows for 2 persons, with 1 or 2 additional ones in the cabinet in most of the hotels. Same happened when I requested for iron. Not available because they are full.
- breakfast would be a disappointment for international tourist; particularly for Muslims. There were numerous items but most of them are pork based. We mostly had to rely on bread and butter. A must needed attention for the hotel authority. They can easily add pancake, hash brown, chicken sausage, etc.
- mostly seafood restaurants are around. When we wanted something different, we had to walk 15-20 minutes for other type of restaurants.

Big comfy bed and spacious room
Unfortunately it was cold and raining the whole time during our stay so we didn’t get to use the pool or visit the beach, there wasn’t much else to do in Da Nang. Also, the room service wasn’t available at all throughout our stay but ordering on Grab was an easy solution.

One night is enough
Every evening we heard loud music from the club opposite until 3 a.m. it was annoying.

Value Hotel in Da Nang
My review is based on my experience in rain season. Summer season would be significantly different i believe.
Anyway, Da Nang doesnt have much to offer in rain season.
Pros:
Rates, at the time i booked
Location, for sunny days only. When rains, location is not the best.
Clean, very clean indeed.
Staff are friendly.
There are many restaurants, spa's, cafes around in walking distance.
Grab to city center costs around 50k vnd one way.
Cons:
Room doors sound insulation is terrible. As local tourists and housekeeping tends to talk loud in the corridor, this is a major issue.
One day sombody was hammerring something, but daytime, maybe maintenance.
AC doesnt have heating function. In rain season, it would be good to have.
No gym, spa, indoor pool etc to kill time in the hotel when raining
I was introduced to a room which was a joke initially. Partial ugly seaview and bathroom without shower screen.After explaining my booking was with seaview, I got a room change with a relatively better seaview (still partial) and a proper bathroom.
Hot water in shower is probably with an individual small capacity electric boiler as after 3-5 minutes, water gets cooler.
